Council as the only Fees to be taken and received by the Judges, Registrars, Marshals, Advocates, and Proctors of the several Vice-Admiralty Courts in Your Majesty's Dominions abroad."

Her Majesty, having taken the said Memorial and the Tables of Fees therein referred to into consideration, was pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to approve thereof, and of what is proposed in the said Memorial in regard to Rules and Regulations and the Table of Fees for the Vice-Admiralty Court at Hong Kong, and in regard to the Table of Fees for the several Vice Admiralty Courts in Her Majesty's Dominions abroad, which Tables of Fees are hereunto annexed; and the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty are to give the necessary directions herein accordingly.
